I've blogged quite a few times about a good friend, Esther Mathieu of Esther Mathieu Photography who does all of our family photos and has a little boy that could pass as Oliver's twin...just a random side note. Anyhoo, a while back, she had a call out for models for a mama-owned clothing company, Coralbelles, and I jumped on it because I trust Esther and the girls love Esther, so I knew it would be a positive experience. Yes, I had a few conversations to myself if I really wanted to consider the modeling thing, but it was different...these are two women that love what they do and I wanted to support that. It's not like the girls are munching on happy meals with smiles, my friends. (oh, okay, I also wanted some awesome pics of the girls, too!)
So, on a chilly Sunday afternoon, the girls and I headed out to Annisquam, to a spot that was quintessential New England with the sun going down, boats in the water, and my two little ladies being silly in awesome handmade clothes. Oh, and can I tell you how excited I was that the outfits were made from a fabric designed by one of my favorite artists, Sarah Jane?! I mean, really, it was just perfect. Head over to Esther's website...she's doing a giveaway! While you're at it, head over to Coralbelles, too! They are both mamas doing what they love...what is better than that?
